Kentucky Truck Show

On March 21st, Amelia went with me to the annual trucking show held in Louisville, Kentucky. I boarded Phoenix because she is still such a puppy that I didn't want to deal with her while we were there. Amelia truly believes she will die if I leave her with anyone except her Grandmother and Grandpa Gale. They call her their little peanut, and I think she would just stay with them forever if I didn't come back to get her. We stayed until Saturday morning, so Amelia spent a lot of time sitting in the hotel room. She didn't seem to mind, except whenever the cleaning lady came in.

On the way home we stopped several times to do a little shopping and Amelia hung out with Grandpa Gale, so neither one of them got bored. It was a good thing he was with us.

Amelia hates cameras, so it is often difficult to get a good picture of her. Before I went out for the evening my Mom took a few pictures. I thought this one turned out good of her and I both, so I decided to post it.

Amelia and Phoenix were glad to get home. As soon as I picked Phoenix up from the vets office, they immediately started fighting again. It is really funny to see a 60 pound Standard Poodle running from a 3 pound chihuahua. You can definitely tell who the boss is!

Nan
I check your daughters blog almost everyday.

I had given up on yours apparently a few months ago.

I am so glad to find out, you are posting again.

I love the photos of you. This one is excellent.
